Why desn't it have paddles? Could I take them form my old steering wheel?

I'd love to take my base model Steering wheel and upgrade it to the Multi function one with buttons to hook up to my RCD330+....

I have attempted to look for base wheel to MFD wheel with no luck. I hope its plug and play....
