DCC level senors

I have a mk6 GTD with dcc suspension. I have noticed that the level sensor linkages have seized and broken. The sensors themselves are ok just the small arms that attach to the sensors and the suspension are snapped. All the dirt from the road has got into the ball swivels which has caused them to seize and then snap.

Does anyone have a link to get new parts for the levels sensors or reasonably priced complete sensors.
