i actually looked into parting out but its not really feasible. apr charges an outrageous $1500 transfer fee to put the software on another ECU, and then you've got the labor to remove the kit and put the stock stuff back on. at that point, you're better off just buying a new kit.
it just doesn't make sense to do it. APR made sure of that.
