Vinyl wrapping my mirrors. Any tips?

I got some black vinyl from my work. I'm going to cover my white caps.

I don't like how muck they stick out (visually) against my tints.

I'm looking for any tips from anyone that has put vinyl on their caps.
I have a heat gun to help stretch it. Thanks. Bryan.

Interested as well. I want to wrap mine in silver, similar to the R aluminum caps.

Use a heat gun
Take your time
Prep the surface, make sure it's SPOTLESS
Have enough to do the job twice in case you mess it up

The mirrors are the hardest part to wrap. You will have to cut a little seam where that big curve is on the cap. I wish I can show you what I mean but good luck. You will probably fail as I did multiple times till I learned the trick with making the seam.

Mirrors ars decently tricky on these cars. Took me 2 tries to do them and I have a good amount of experience wrapping as I just did the whole car

This is a good video, where they pre-stretch the vinyl. I was going to wrap my wife's MCS mirrors, but I chickened out. I'm sure the pros make it look a lot easier than it is.

I tried 5 times and not single one succed.. [emoji17]
I tried pre-strech with heat gun and other method from youtube..
Maybe just not my skill on vinyl..
Now i just dip my side mirror..

This was a bitch! After so many wasted films, there is no way to wrap the corner without getting wrinkles, so I decide to cut a seam and overlapped the film which came out pretty good. It's the only way to make it work. Also covered the red stripes on the front grill.
