I entered GTI specifications in my performance calculator and got it to compare stock with APR Stg1. Feel free to play with the calculator. You can easily change torque, tire size, weight etc. and have it calculate different performance metrics for your specifications. You can also use it to compare with other cars (up to 3 others). It is complex but quite accurate.
