So I changed out cylinder 4 spark plug and sure shit that was the problem. I did notice a little oil on threads other than that it looked good. Running like a champ now. I'm going to have to investigate why I'm getting oil on my plug. I looked down the hole and didn't see any but maybe it was a fluke I dunno. Thanks

Possibly a bad PCV valve?

I am glad it was just a plug. I put on the I.E. manifold after that.
