Koni yellows a while ago.

check your plugs. i replaced my my coils and plugs with NGK iridium's as well and about 5k miles later, experienced similar sputtering and misfires. it turns out 3 of the 4 plugs were defective, where the little piece between the gap were loose. replaced the plugs and all was good again.

are these scratches or just reflection of the light?

They are good when you want to let in air when it rains to help with fogging up. They only look cheap and ugly when you buy the cheap and ugly ones. Stick with the in channel ones by WeatherTech. Don't get the $30 ones from Amazon or ebay.
