By your own pictures, it seems to be a simple cut-out of plywood/MDF with carpet.

It's not worth what you are asking, that is why no one has bought it.

i personally think he overpaid for it in the first place

it even says on their website it's just 1/4" plywood with carpet on it

couple columns underneath and itll hold up a decent amount of weight

snide remark or not, generally when selling a product that shows little, or in your case, no interest. Reducing the price until you reach a point that buyers become interested is the only way it will sell.

If you never plan to sell it then by all means stay the course but even gold can lose value.
