suggestions for coils is fk highsports. It's a good quality coil that rides well...not like the racelands or other cheap waste of money coils that I hear about. The fk highsports are a reasonable price and are survivable on the rough roads in Nova Scotia. This info I'm giving is based on what my friend at a local vw dealer tells me. He runs his own motorsports division out of the dealership and suggested I get these. $925. Here's a link to that price from a shop in Calgary.

I'm getting a set for this summer. I'll be putting those on with new karthoums. Still not sure what color karthoums yet but I'm leaning towards the black one. I drive a 2010 sportline golf. Love this car!
