K04 swapped MK6 GTI, 164,000 miles. Price negotiable. Cash only, no trades. Clean title, no accidents. Car is located in West Chester, PA.
Selling my weekend/autocross car, don't drive it much after getting my S4. Car won't accumulate many more miles. Freshly inspected, 07/2024 stickers. Very capable backroad/autocross car, some NVH daily driving with all of the suspension/poly mount work...hope you love fender flares.
Previous owner did the clutch, I believe RSR brand, no issues holding the car's ~330whp.
Car has gotten the following installed since I took ownership at 110,000 miles:
-CTS K04 Turbo kit
-42DD Stainless turbo-back exhaust
-ECS exhaust cutout with cabin switch
-Cobb Accessport
-Protune by Stratified, safely maxed on stock fueling, next upgrade would be hpfp
-CTS full intake system
-Revised OEM diverter valve, relocated to front of engine bay for K04 swap.
-Red cap coils, colder plugs replaced annually
-Hi flow turbo inlet and outlet pipes
-New subframe and steering rack, void-less upper and lower subframe bushings installed at that time
-ECS dogbone mount
-New OEM front wheel bearings
-SS brake line kit, can't recall pads/rotor brand
-ECS engine and trans poly mounts
-Aluminum lightweight front lower control arms w/ all poly bushings
-Bilstein PSS coilover kit, New bushings all around
-New oem rear lower control arms, not poly
-Eibach 26mm front stay bar and 23mm rear
-Billet rear sway bar brackets
-ECS front sway bar brackets
-Front Roll center correction ball joints
-Stock location Unitronic intercooler, radiator replaced at the same time.
-Car will come with a catalytic converter installed, test pipe will come with the car if you want cat-less.
-GTI got religious 5000 mile oil changes w/ Mobil 1 0W40 Euro.
-Sitting on some Moda (cant find the exact wheel) 17x8 w/ Toyo Proxes Sport, plenty of meat left.
-Shifter bracket bushings
-DieselGeek short throw shifter
-Weathertech window deflectors
-Strafe Design rear spoiler extension
-I know I am forgetting stuff, will update as I remember.
Dealership work:
-Intake manifold replaced for runner flap malfunction.
-Water pump replaced
-Timing chain tensioner replaced, full timing job done at the same time along with carbon cleaning (110,000 miles @ the Downingtown VW)
Parts I didn't get around to installing, comes with car:
-New OEM rear toe arms
-Rear lower control arm poly bushings
-Front brake dust shields
-Front OEM fenders, primed.
-Color matched paint for the fenders, w/ clearcoat from automotivetouchup
-Forge Diverter Valve spacer.
-Test pipe to run cat-less, flanged on either side for easy swap.
The BAD:
-Hope you like fender flares. Wheels are spaced out now that I am not running wide tires, so it doesn't look too bad.
-Exhaust rattles in the rear sometimes, mostly after it warms up.
-Normal exterior wear and tear, she did a lot of highway miles at one point. Worst is the rock chips on hood and above windshield (pictured). Previous owner painted the front lower grill area white and it is chipping badly.
-Hood release just broke, can still open via drivers fender well.
