Is the APR Mobile App in the app store? I can't find it.

Try searching APR Mobile on google... it seems that certain country or regions are unable to download it.. not sure why

I changed app store country to USA and no luck.

I don’t know which country is available, I downloaded it long before. I tried searching in App Store now and it’s also not available for my country. Maybe Arin can enlighten us ?
