Ready to race!
I recently got my Stage 1, I was driving on the highway, I wanted to pass a car so I floored it while going 125km/hr or so. Car had no power, CEL started flashing, after a minute or so CEL stopped flashing.

Sorry, I know this doesn't answer your question at all, but the date stamps are confusing to me. I haven't had a CEL so this hasn't been an issue for me yet - but how do the date stamps convert to the actual date? Pretty sure these errors didn't occur on 14/22/2003 - I'm just curious in case I need to diagnose an issue in the future.

I would send a pm to Arin@APR about this - if it is related to an APR tune you're probably not the only one to encounter this issue.

Good luck to you

I think it is important to note that, I have no other engine upgrades besides Stage 1 Carbonio Intake...

did you refuel recently?

I did but I can not recall if it happened before or after I refueled.

I always fill up with 94 and I was using 93 file.

Did you check to see if all your coilpacks were down all the way?

This has happened only once, I am going to wait and see if it happens again, They both happened at teh same time. Maybe something wrong with the fuel?

Hmm, could be any number of things. I'd just hold off spending money on diagnosis and see if it ever happens again.

What money? He has a VW warranty for 36K miles and an APR for 12 months correct. VW will check it out under warranty, are the coil packs invloved in tuning? moved etc.

Just to add, after 2000 more Kms, no problems..
