CCTA head for CBFA Block

(It's a shame for my first post here to showcase I'm an idiot, however, that's how it will end up being. :)

Purchased a new head for my 2010 GTI and "went by the pictures" but it turns out to be a CCTA head (with no SAI port) and I certainly have a CFBA engine and head.
I wont have a problem returning it and since the pictures did not match the product I could have argued that the return shipping to be covered.
(But I have a relationship with the seller and it wasn't done in bad faith, so we agreed to a 50/50 split of the return costs.)

My question for forum is: if I get a CCTA ECU and install the CCTA head, can that result in 1) a functioning vehicle and 2) in a secondary air system delete without causing CEL?

I'd like not to have to return this beautiful, sprinkling new head and I'd like to delete the SAI system while I'm at it (if not just to add lightness) -
but need it to still be able to not throw codes and pass inspections.

Thanx for any inputs fine folk...

The CFBA also has a 3rd oxygen sensor so you would have to figure that out as well.
