Prime rib is just soggy steak. Had it for the first time in about 10 years at SEMA. Meh.

Cheap catered prime rib is soggy steak. It's like Chicago style pizza, soggy and gross.

Prime rib is not soggy steak. It's like New York style pizza.

When we went to Disneyworld over the summer, one of the highlights was the all you can eat breakfast we went to had breakfast brisket. More places need unlimited breakfast brisket.
