Question about this, and I guess about any vent to atmosphere blow-off option.

I get it that some like the sound, even I miss the sound from older turbo cars I had, no judgment from me there... but doesn't venting air that's already been measured by the MAF sensor (in a car that was designed to recirculate that air) mess up the air fuel ratio causing it to be too rich?

Serious question, I am curious.
