Emissions Readiness

I threw a cheap spacer, 90 degree, into my
K04 car, I swap to my test “stock” file when I need to pass echeck and drive around to set readiness and it’s good to go. I never remove the spacer. It’s been several years nowS

You've got it backwards.

test file = track file, 02 disabled. You won't pass emissions.

non test file = emissions readiness will pass with a spacer


You should remove the spacer for normal use, you'll eventually foul out the o2 sensor using a spacer.

Oh. It’s been a few years no issues tho. Maybe that race gas is keeping it clear [emoji849] I guess Ill pop it out. Good call.
