I'm looking to sell my car and get something cheaper (8th gen civic or something). Just got married and moved in to a new house and my wife needs a new car as well. I'm not in a rush or desperate to sell, I love this car and have taken very good care of it.
I've owned it for 5 years now, bought it certified pre-owned from Georgetown VW with 18k kms in April 2012. I have all service records, TSB jobs, warranty work etc included. The car has some minor modifications, but nothing to adversely affect daily driving. This was my only car for 5 years. Details as follows:
Maintenance/Mileage:
- ~101k kms
- Fully loaded vehicle, leather interior, navigation, sunroof
- Oil changes every 5-7k kms at Georgetown VW
- New battery (2015)
- Rear brake pads (2015)
- Blower motor (warranty)
- OEM clutch + TOB (warranty, doesn't slip at all)
- Cabin Air filter (2016)
- Intake Manifold + Carbon Cleaning (warranty - @ around 65k kms?)
- Waterpump (warranty)
- NGK Spark plugs (2015)
- Wastegate rattle clip (TSB)
- Subframe bolt upgrade (TSB)
- Rear washer nozzle update (TSB)
- Secondary fuel pump (Warranty)
- Front control arm bushings (March 2016)
- Alignment (April 2016)
- Brake/clutch fluid flush (Spring 2016)
- OEM PCV (Feb 2017)
- OEM strut mounts (Spring 2016)
All maintenance work was performed at Georgetown VW, other than minor items done by myself (i.e brake pads, PCV, strut mounts and spark plugs)
Upgrades/Modifications:
- S3 shifter
- R8 Coil packs
- Falken FK453 tires (probably good for this summer only)
- Ed's smoked LED tails
- APR Stage 1 (V2.1) fully loaded tune. Always ran 94 octane.
- Modshack intake (replaced filter in 2016?)
- H&R Supersport Springs
- Koni Orange Str.t (new from 2015 - lifetime warranty)
- Yellow fogs
- VCDS Tweaks (Fogs as DRL, windows up/down with key fob, XDS 2 etc. can't remember all right now)
- VIM (Video in Motion) tweak for head-unit
- V11 maps for navigation
- All software updates done on MDI and head-unit and have all backup DVDs
- Lamin-x on headlights (Clear) and fog lights (Yellow) since new. No hazing or anything under the protection.
- Leather is cleaned with every wash and isn't shiny/greasy. Still smells good when you get in, and I don't have an air freshner!
- weather tech floor mats for winter and GTI monster mats for summer
Have included but not installed:
- Upper timing chaing gasket (thought it was leaking, but it was my PCV)
- 034 Motorsport strut mounts
There's no rust on the car, no accidents, no dents and just minor scratches from daily use. I'm also including winter rims/tires, which are in pretty bad shape lol take them or leave them... OEM parts are all included.
