honestly? better than my spring and strut setup. these were my first coilovers and i was really pleased with them. my biggest gripe about springs were about how on the highway (which is a majority of my driving) i would get like a bounce over freeway connection joints or random dips/bumps. Its unavoidable when lowering your car, but it definitely felt better with ST's
