help!!! catalytic converter light is on :(

today my catalytic converter light is lit, my car has only done 40k so I'm pretty sure it's not the catalytic converter that failed but the post cat oxygen sensor. Anyway, does anyone know where can I get this fix cheaper than the dealership? University vw in seattle quoted me for ~455 + tax. btw my car is a cbfa, thanks.
