Hey guys. I've got a mk6 and i just noticed when I reverse on a slight incline parking the transmission slip but after that it continues to reverse. Does anyone experience this? What do you think is wrong with it? No leaks and no warning lights shows. Thanks.

I have no answer I just thought someone might find that information helpful. I have a manual so not sure if that is normal.

I thought the DSG's had hill hold assist like the manuals.

DSGs do have hill hold assist. This is likely what you are experiencing.

Sounds like hill hold assist like others have said. You can disable it with vagcom if you don't like it.

They do because they're very similar to a manual, just WAYYYY FASTER.
