iPhone 4S and Bluetooth

I have precisely the same problem as decrescendo with my 2011 Golf TDI and 4S. Has anyone discovered a solution to this?

Nope, but you can add me to the list as well. It is really annoying because I never know when I'm going to miss an incoming call. Whenever it happens I just repair the car and the phone and it seems to solve the issue for a while.

You know, I cannot recall having this issue over the last several weeks but maybe I just havent received any calls while in the car?

Or was there an iPhone update I don't remember downloading?
