Micro-Fiber Towels

How do you wash micro-fiber towels? Do I just wash them like any other cloth material items? How do I dry them?

I just wash em with soap in a bucket, then throw em in the dryer

Wash microfiber towels with small amounts of liguid detergent; do not use powder as it is possible for undissolved scratch causing powder particles to remain in the towel. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Air drying is preferred as intense heat is bad for microfiber towels.

Damn...guess I have been washing them wrong all this time. I just throw them in with our bath towels with laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener. And I throw them in the dryer on medium heat...
