MK6 R tail light HELP!

hey guys, I have been searching and looking for related posts about the MK6 R tail light recently, thanks for so many resources and infos here. But I am still little bit confused about these;

I have a MK6 GTI 2011 year, and I was looking for install these on my CSG:

What are LHD and RHD standard for? Do I just choose US version for this product?

And is it really just plug and play for my 2011 GTI? Because I have seen some people having problems for coding or need to put adapter or something.

Please Please help me (the noob for GTI) out, I really wanna install these R tail light.

Left hand drive, right hand drive. You'd want lhd if you want rear fogs, US version if you don't. You'll need adapters no matter what and will need to do coding with vagcom if you are also doing fogs.

rear fog doesn't need coding, just needs an additional trigger wire and a euroswitch to control it.
