Mountain Bike Assembly Question

So random question... I just bought a mountain bike and it came with these 4 clips. No instructions. Any idea what they are and where to install? Thanks.

My shimano disc brakes came with plastic versions of your clips posted above. Basically used for brake bolt security. I don't use them myself but you install them AFTER your calipers are adjusted/lined up, tightened, and ready to go.
