Newb's first question

Hey,
I'm a newb to the vdub family. Anyway, I've been looking for a sweet shift knob
I found this cool OSIR knob.The Orbit Knob V3 - Noir. I was wondering whether anybody bought one because I want to know if the installation is easy. Also, if the knob sucks it'd be cool for some other suggestions, etc.
