OEM INTERCOOLER WORTH / VALUE?

I'm having a S3 IC installed Friday and wanted to know if I should save the OEM for any reason. Are they selling and if so, how much? Would there be any reason I would want to keep it for the future? Would it be an upgrade and fit a MK5? With plastic end caps is it worth much as scrap metal?

if you pay for the labor, its not worth taking out later... im not taking mine out. If it was the APR one, that's a different story.

Stock OEM IC is generally worth between $80-$120 from what I've seen. A company will buy them on Vortex from you for about $100 I think.
