It would be a subtle change, but I think your car would look great if you color-matched the metallic gray insert in the grill below the front bumper. The all black would make the red accents por that much more. Some proper rocker covers would also help finish the look.

I think my car is now finally swirl-free...after a few weeks of tackling different spot with Swirl-X....

@ mspeed - another great looking car. Sporty, and tastefully done. I like the side skirts. Are there ground effect pieces on the front bumper too? I can't tell in that pic.

If someone told me they had a black 4-door GTi on red rims, my initial thought would be to laugh... but suprisingly enough I really like the look of this car - it completly works in this set-up.
