Rear diffuser / OEM exhaust visuals

I'm planning on taking out my aftermarket catback and putting the OEM one back on after hearing how snarly it is. The only thing that's bothering me is how ugly the OEM exhaust looks in comparison to anything aftermarket. I know there are Versus Engineering diffusers floating around that might be able to cover up the muffler (maybe?), but those are generally expensive.

Do we know of any cosmetic mods that will help our rear ends looking nice with the OEM catback?

It's not a diffuser but guess you could try painting it black .. PJ1?

I'd weld some fat tips on there and call it a day!
