Definitely a high quality part and absolutely tightened up all of the shifter slop, but was a bit too aggressive for my liking so I've reverted to stock. Includes my stock cable end with the DG bushings installed so that you won't have to modify yours (a part of the installation process). Was on my car for about two months and is in like-new condition - includes all parts as shipped from DG. $175 shipped w/in the continental US.
