SPM-What's the Deal?

So I ordered a pipe from them on 11/25 to mate my cat back to my downpipe which they said was causing my fitment issue. I was told by them that the part was in stock and it could ship in a day or so. I would also receive an order conformation/ tracking number. I called last week (12/2) to find out the deal and I was once again told it would ship in a day or so. It never did. Now I have tried calling numerous times in past two days and so one is answering the phones. Did they go out of business or something?

all i know is all of their stuff seems to be out of stock until like february. and i don't think they had a black friday sale, which to me is a sign.

So, I was able finally get through via email. They took care of me, albeit late.
