Hello everyone.
During past several weeks I found myself in situation, when I needed to quickly activate the horn while sitting in a parking lot with ignition off (or key completely removed).
However, I realised that it doesn't work on my car
Now I was thinking what can be done to remedy this. I suspect Steering column module or BCM module (or both) may be responsible for this.
Could you guys please test this on your car if horn works with ignition on and post somre results/observations? Model year would be sufficient, but if you can provide SW/HW part numbers of Steering column module and BCM module, that's be great!

-Horn does not work.

-Steering column: SW: 5K0 953 507 BC / HW: 5K0 953 549 E
-BCM: SW: 1K0 937 086 H / HW: 1K0 937 086 H
