eh, I was thinking about cars that have a good automatic - not just good cars with crappy automatics. Basically a well-used S4 w/ sport diff, E90 M3, G37 w/ sport package, 2010+ ISF and that's about it AFAIK unless any of the DCT-equipped benz's have depreciated enough.

ISF actually seems pretty cool but only 2010+ have an LSD. I tend to forget that Lexus even exists since most of their cars are as boring as Acura's. I bet that is one good automatic sedan with the high revving toyota/yamaha motor.

It pretty much has to be a Super Bee at this point to maintain the balance. Have you ever owned a GTI and Super Bee at the same time (for more than a couple days)? Wife gets the GTI and Plac gets a Super Bee. GTI and Super Bee together as one. Ultimate Plac power-up achieved.

S4 can be made very exciting with some tuning. FWIW. Since you already have the VAG knowledge and Uni-Tune tool at your disposal it might be worth it to consider the Audi Option.

The availability of cars is what will stop this train for now. Superbees are rare, and that is one reason I want one. Because you don't see a dozen of them every day. There are only 2 possibilities in the area at the moment. I have checked cars.com, autotrader.com, cargurus.com, etc. I have removed others which are completely off the table, such as red ones.

I don't HAVE to sell my CX5 this week if I can't find a car I want. Money is a big factor, and our $298.50 CX5 monthly payment might double if I go this direction. I didn't really want a black one, but they are growing on me. White is what I want.

I know it's not a v8. Just throwing out something different. Honestly I could see you in an early-2000's German luxury sedan with a BIG engine. What was the E class amg of the time?

Max was right, Gayward is offering 2000 off MSRP on the 2015 GTI's. But that doesnt even deserve discussion really. I can't imagine a more silly car duo than 2 GTI's. We need one larger vehicle for times when we need a lot of space.

I really wish they made a SUV type thing as fast as the Charger. And NOT a Grand Cherokee SRT8 which is like $40k-$50k even used.. I need a car 1-2 years old to get all the new technology and features I love.

Gotta say though:

You can't say that you want something you won't see a dozen of every day AND that you want some type of SUV thing.

SUV = Dime a fucking dozen.

Want something big and spacious and fast and not dime a dozen? Get that E63 AMG wagon or a tuned 3.0T A6 Avant or 535i Touring.
