Thumping sound from window

My back driver side window has been making a thump when it lowers. Over the past week it's gotten a little bit more noticeable. Does anyone have an idea on what might be going on and if there's a way I can fix it myself...I really don't want to spend more money at the dealership.

that sucks. I recall something that clamps to the window so the motor moves it. had it apart on my 2009, cant quite remember. you probably have a broken window retainer that will only get worse.

ahh rear has 1 clip, front has 2..

Hope this will be cover by warranty. I didn't know they can take the outside of the door off without taking the inside part off too.

According to the dealership this sound is normal?! They said everything is working as it should be.

My passenger side rear window would not go down, also heard something
fall off into the door before it broke. Turned out to be some sort of "pin" that fell out because the factory used the wrong size according to my dealer.
Definitely covered under warranty.
