Trade MK6 for MK7... is it worth it?

It will be here in Fall of 2013.

I understood that was the train of thought for the base GOLF, but as of the "unveling" last week, most mags/webs were stating arriving on US shores early 2014..... so I would think the GTI would arrive a little later still.

like everything else re: MKVII, more details from Paris I'm sure... :iono:

Its a great car and will be a great car in a few years too.

I'm gonna hold out for a mk7 golf R20... But by the time that gets out I will have likely blown my wad on either a pre owned M3 or Cayman S

The primary reason I bought my MkVI Golf R was BECAUSE OF the new MkVII Golf.

body style of the cars is too similar as usual. Once I get my rear LED lamps, I feel my mk will be pretty up to date stylistically even after 5 years.
