I answered my own question by just going for it. The green antenna in is a standard satellite antenna wire. I had to pop off the green housing on the plug but it was cake, you just use a small flathead, lift up the pink(?) part of the housing and slide the housing right off leaving your standard satellite radio antenna lead. Plugged directly to my XM tuner and works flawlessly.
As a side note it did not click into place like my old antenna did, but a piece of electrical tape assures its contact. The plug prob. will not fall out on its own but it slides off easy w/ little force, the tape just secures it on and no the antenna lead is not lose even w/o the tape.
