vagcom problem(central electrics)

so i got r tails in my car OEM ones and when we went to changed the bulb out error code with vagcome it wouldnt let us into the central electrics anyone else have this proboblem? right before we tried i just had apr KO4 loaded, then we tried to get into central electrics to change out the coding for the led tails would not let us in? i do have stock radio but have a subed hooked up anyone think that might be the problem?

This happened to me as well. My dealership fixed it with an update for the control module.

Did you have all your doors unlocked? If no unlock all vehicle doors and try again.
