Too bad your in socal cause you could borrow mine! I just had to do the swap for a smog. I couldn’t believe the difference in power and responsiveness between stock and decatted. I now know the origin of the name pancake pipe!

I literally threw one away because no one wanted it. I'm kinda far from Cali though.

You may regret that one day when it's time to sell the mods and go back to stock to sell the car.
Mods bring no value at resell time sadly.

Not true, only dealers don't factor them. You may not get dollar for dollar, but mods do add value for some buyers. Why spend the time building a Corvette killer if you're going to spend more time taking it apart??
I would argue that a car 'returned to stock' has been molested twice.
That said, mine has over 160k and with less miles the trade in value was 4k.
I have no intention of neutering my car...it will stay as built forever.

Sorry for the long post OP, I'm sure somebody has a downpipe sitting around.

Most smart private buyers will not buy a modded car. And the ones that will are not smart. And probably don't have the extra money.
