Yellow check engine light keeps coming on and off? 2011 vw gti 2.0

What can cause this?
I had a miss fire replaced plugs and coil packs. Now that’s gone’ but that yellow devil came back on’
Just bought the car cpl Mths back and hope we didn’t get screwed??
Can anyone point us in the right direction to fix or start looking to find main source of problem??

What tune are you running? What supporting mods?

cobb intake-cobb tuning stage 2, bought the car with J2 exhaust,

That code is for the catalytic converter. Do you know if you have a Turbo Back exhaust/ Down Pipe?

down pipe' no converter on it, but I do have the o2 sensors ports.... just bought the car finally digging in to it.

That's why you are getting the Check Engine Light. Down Pipe's without the stage 2 Tune from companies like Cobb, APR, Revo... etc. help so these lights do not show up, but from what i have read they disable the sensor reading so it does not show as "Ready". This becomes an issue when it comes time to get inspected in most states when they plug in to your car.

Great cars. Sounds like the prior owner may have had it tuned.

Looks like you have the Cobb Accessport, do you have the stage 2 tune setup on the car with the cobb?

YES DOES HAVE STAGE 2 TUNE' WE JUST GOT IT SWITCHED TO STAGE 2 AND THE LIGHT STAYS OFF NOW' DID CHNAGE THE OIL PRESSURE SENSORE
NOW I JUST NEED SUSPENSION TO GET THIS LOOKING RIGHT AND THE RIGHT WAY TO GET THIS RUNNING RIGHT
