powercoating a one piece wheel and leaving the lips polished is a major pita...the tape will peel up because of the heat...most places wont do it because they know it will go bad...the places that do dont mind if they f up your wheels...which is pretty much permanent
your only option is paint...skinny 5 spoke wheels with a stepped lip don't look bad in darker colors...i personally feel that wheels have to contrast with the car to look really good

I wanna get tint but i'm stuck between 40% and 50%, its more to block out UV and some heat than for privacy...this place near my house where i'd go has the semi-mirror looking 35% which i love but its too flashy.
after a while theyll look like 35s Spookypoop
