How do you use your car and what are your preferences? Daily driver? Track car? Autocrosser? Backroad surfer?
Do you want to stay on the stock springs or do you want a bit of a drop?
These cars have a very wide array of options from near stock comfort to full on time attack and everything in between.
If you're looking for a basic upgrade like the kit you posted, maybe try a set of Koni STR.T with Eibach Pro-Kit springs. With those, be sure to order a new set of bumpstops to match the drop. Front: 1K0 412 303 F, Rear: 1K0 511 353 N. Note that the Eibach springs may come with the right front bumpstops to begin with, but probably not the rears.
While you're doing this also consider replacing the rear position lower control arm bushings for the front suspension. The stock bushing is extremely weak and prone to failure. A pair of S3 bushings will preserve ride quality while making the car more responsive, but if you're feeling like you want stiffer you can also press in a pair of TT bushings.
