oh wow, confirmed someone has a welder

wouldnt work, needs to fit in a small space. i already fucked up the head hardcore from trying to drill on an angle that went from a decent idea to shit in about 5 seconds thanks to my new faster drill i wasnt familiar with.

i guess if i got a grinder i could maybe retry to to the drill out method if i had a 90 degree compact drill by cutting off more of the head

Negative.

brackets in the way and shit. the head is already fucked up so now i gotta chop more of the head off
I still think this is the most effective method.
dat fire and hammer method...except then the rear square nut will need to be replaced and rewelded...hence even more work and tools.

fuckin little problems like this. good thing its only spring, if it were summer id want to be out hooning with the RSB

rsb bottombolt, the one that goes through the frame of the car. threads into a welded on square nut. unfortunately there isnt much room to get to the bolt from the front and the rear of the bolt is round.

Nope. Probably will still work. Holds up to 275 lbs of tq...but threads are chewed up.
