I say take the middle of the road option and stick with 225,
and because its a more common size you should get more competitive pricing.
You can't always have your cake and eat it too ..
with 235 you get more grip and loose on fuel economy as a daily driver,
and with 215 you loose a bit of grip and gain a bit on fuel economy...
At worst you might loose/gain 1-2 mpgs and thats being light footed..
I say go with 225 Summers once your current set wear out
