Grease lighting works well too.

Whatever you use, make sure you wax the wheels after.

Meguiars Gold Class Bug and Tar has been working for me for getting rid of sticker glue.

WD-40 will probably work is well?

Thanks guys. Didn't want to go too harsh on the finish so I'll try clay first. Then try goo gone if that doesn't work. Post pics when I'm done.
