I picked up a pair of Charleston wheels and had them powder coated grey.

Not bad but I think the Detroits look better. Especially on a CW GTI. Both rims obviously look OEM but maybe these rims would have been better if powdercoated black.

different is good! that's why i slapped these wheels just a month after i got my car. but i ate my words when i said i'l only stick with oem wheels as i'm waiting for my summer aftermarket ones with summer tires!:happyanim:

I have to be honest, they took a few day to grow on me. I thought I made a mistake, but I'm loving them now. Its looks better in person as well...

I can see it maybe if you match one other thing to that color..maybe pshop ur side mirrors to see how it looks. Either way I like it deff diff.

ummm not feeling it, the stock detroits look much cleaner than these, plus why slap some rims on ur car with no drop... but if you like it, thats all that matters

Looks like something thats comes with primer and waiting to be painted. A drop would vastly make it look better.
