When I left FedEx, I just finished my shift early, got some free food they were bbqing that morning and never returned. I did have to turn off my cell phone every night for the next 3 weeks. As they would keep calling me and leave me VM to come back.
Best part was my manager telling me "Hey, don't forget to do so and so" and replying "yeah, sure buddy!" and walking to get the food.
