I am currently at 23k miles. Is there anything I should get done before 25k?

You have a 36K or 36 month warranty, so are you closing in on the 36 month period?
The oil change/rotation is 10K or one year so if you are closing on the 36 months than get that service. They will do the normal maintenance and probably recommend certain other services. I would compare their list to the manual.
I would only do any additional things like DSG service or some other expensive service if they offered a great deal, which i recommend you confirm as a good deal by asking specific questions here on the forum.
