Compatible brake set?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if the MK7 R brake set would be compatiable with a MK6 2011?
The seller says they are compatiable but I wanted to get some info from the forum first. Still a newbie to the forum.
Any info would be appreciated.

Why not just get the mk6 r or the r32 brakes insted?

A guy posted them on Craigslist for $250. Only reason why I'm looking at them. These would still be a upgrade from my OEM? Or am I wrong here?

Well if they're that cheap and they do fit then go ahead and get them. Yes they would be.

They do bolt right up. You will use your original front hoses.
