I took this out of the box, installed it, confirmed over the course of 3 miles that my issue wasn't a bad DV, uninstalled it and put it back in the box. Includes ECS shipping materials, at that.

Good point. This is the full installation kit, screws and all. Also shipping would not be free for either part ordered through ECS.
