noob question

sorry for the ignorance...
I bought a MK6 gti in July and I was taking washer fluid out of my trade in and the dealership told me I cannot use the washer fluid because the additives in it will mess with the sensors or something.

I recently got my windows tinted and they top up fluids, so this is my question.
If they topped up my fluid with common washer fluid, will it actually mess everything up and should I take it out asap, or am I ok??

Yeah washer fluid is meh.

Now your coolant you dont want to mix at all. Go buy yourself a jug from VW/online its pretty specific.

If it is RainX then it will mess up the sensors.

or if you need to add more coolant and parts are closed, you can put in a little distilled water.
