it's like limp mode 24/7

Lmao. I had a 2.5 as a loaner for a few days. It was fun for the first 5 mins due to the lovely 5 cyl sound, but after that, it was heartbreaking. It was freakin gutless. My TDI felt like a beast after getting it back, cruising around town at least.

yeah, funny how we get used to a certain level of power. I sometimes switch from stage 1 to stock mode, and I feel like the car is just dead. I was stock when my fuel pump went, and that was terrible with no turbo.

I dont really need my car to be much faster, but stage 2 is tempting.

I didn't really follow up but he was spotted a couple pages back and he chimed in for a bit. hes a dude from back in the day apparently when it was all about being fast, racing etc.

He has a custom build pushing 500hp IIRC... hood scoop is also fully functional FYI
